Plenty of power chuck is high quality it locks on solid my last ryobi lasted 22 years of heavy use. Ryobi has improved the half inch drill driver 10 fold. Nice balance love the led lite.

Comfortable grip. Seems plenty powerful.

Works good, better than older model

I bought this drill to replace a like one that I wore out. The previous one lasted a long time so I decided to replace it with a like one. It works great. I like the adjustable torque to prevent over setting screws. I have several tools in the Ryobi One line and all perform as advertised and have lasted a long time. Good value for your money.

I’ve been using this RYOBI drill for about a week, and I’ve gotta say—it makes me feel way more capable than I probably am. I’ve fixed things that didn’t need fixing. Hung things I didn’t even want. At one point, I just stood in the garage with it, waiting for something to screw. It’s that satisfying.The power on this thing? Chef’s kiss. It’s brushless and cordless, but it drives screws like it's got something to prove and it doesn’t feel like I’m holding a cinder block. Smooth trigger, solid grip, and enough torque to make drywall tremble in fear.If you’re debating on this drill—just do it. One week in and I’m already looking around the house like, “What else can I drill?” My wife is slightly concerned. I, however, am living my best DIY life.

This drill is very powerful, feels good in your hand, and is very durable. One small caution: If you havent adjusted the clutch to a lower setting, and your drill bit or screws snags, it can powerfully twist out of your hands. It is a beast. Also it is soooo powerful that if you are not careful you can drill your screw all the way through your wood, strip out wood as you drive a hex head, or squeeze out rubber seals. Again, use your clutch intelligently. I would rather have the power and use skill, than to have a weak tool. I like this but I have to respect that it can be a monster if not used carefully.

As soon as I got this in my hands I can immediately tell that there is power in this drill.compared to my $50 Black&Decker this is a good upgrade for me, other than getting use to the weight difference but I put that on the battery I'm using. I'm very satisfied with it, oh and the only small adjustment I did was add a bit holder.
