Glad I got these — crisper shifts, no more clicking sounds!
My old pulleys were worn. New pulleys were easy to install thanks to You Tube videos. Never knew the pulleys were directional and different (top v bottom). I now have crisper shifts and a silent transmission. Plus fast shipping and a great price!!

Noticeable improvement over the original Tiagra jockey wheels.
The original Tiagra jockey wheels wear and develop side-play. This leads to imprecise shifting, or that annoying situation where it shifts crisply up but won't go down, and vice-versa after you adjust it. The Ultegra wheels have a sealed bearing, so alignment is more precise. After installation and a slight adjustment to get the alignment right, all my shifts are precise, quick, and dead-on. Good improvement for not much money.
