What is used to stuff the body?

my cats haven't gotten as far as tearing them apart... in the past with others like this one it has been some sort of white stuffing like cotton but not cotton... sorry can't tell you more than that.

How long is the body, not including the tail?

Good day, the body of a mouse is approximately 2 inches without the tail. Thanks.

where is this manufactured?

The mice are manufactured. in China. I don't care ...my cat likes the real fur. China is probably the only place where people are putting these little things together. the fur is rabbit.

Is the fur wrapped around a hard plastic body?

Yes. Bit the plastic has some bend to it. So it's very lightweight
