I wanted a small Indian flute not a standard big flute! Never opened box up. Can't get a return for this item either. Bummer

We got a broken flute and not allowing return also. I’m unhappy with this product.

I have purchased this flute in July 2021. Did some practice by own with the help of the Google 'guru'. Later joined an online class with some known flute guru. He advised to buy some good quality flute that would cost close to 15oo to 25oo for C natural. I assumed that these high cost bamboo flute must have some good tuning, sound, quality etc. I had spend close to 2200 for a C natural scale bansuri. After using costly bansuri and AIBANA flute, I found AIBAN flute is much better than the costly flute.. Not because this have a dead cheap price rather this has better tuned/voiced bansuri. All in all its about the quality of bamboo how that sound and understand AIBAN use good bamboo, though slightly heavy but that doesn't affect anymore.

I am a beginner and learning from YouTube videos. To start with I purchased the flute in Aug and started practicing from the start like holding the flute and blowing techniques etc. As I was new I thought the sound was not proper because I was not doing it properly but then as I practiced I started realizing the sound was not at all like C Natural Medium from YouTube videos. No matter what I do the sound is nowhere near the actual what it required.I will not recommend it to any beginners also as the person may lose their morale.
