Quality of product and customer service poor
The pillowcase itself was very cheap looking. Pictures looked like a really nice rose coloured suede, actual product was cheap fuzzy fur in soft pink. I tried to return the product, I had to pay my own shipping (which I was fine with), but never got reimbursed for the pillow... so now I have spent $75 on a very cheap pillow case that I don't even have anymore.

Love material hate exposed Velcro
Love love this cover it’s so soft and holds up in the wash but the exposed Velcro gets stuck on everything and ruins the stuff it gets stuck to
