This dress was absolutely PERFECT for my daughter’s class project. She was Harriet Beecher Stowe and had to participate in a presentation/wax museum. For the price, this dress was amazing. It was a little big on her so I would size down.

I purchased this to use as as a costume for my daughter for a Halloween photo shoot. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality for the price. However, initially I ordered the 14 & found it to be a tad large, so we sized down to the 12 & didn’t find it to be much different. That’s why I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars. Otherwise, I was very happy!

Highly disappointed and returned immediately. Material was plastic like and seams were scratchy and itchy for my daughter and she refused to wear it. Was absolutely adorable but materials wise needs improvement.

This dress is a lot cuter in the picture. We have a lot of colonial dresses and gave this one to a friend. It is VERY wide and needs a belt to look like a dress instead of a nightgown. I was a little embarrassed about the quality when we gifted it.

You could fit two of my daughter in this dress its so wide. It's much too short for historical costumes- just past her knees, and she's petite.

This is very wide at the waist for size 8 years. It is not tapered like the picture. Otherwise a fine quality. Good for a heftier girl.

My girls are normally an 8 and a 10-12 and they both could have gone down a size.

My daughter is not tall in anyway, but this dress is way too short for her. Cute style, but needs to be longer
