Q: Do these have a chemical odor to them (like cheap balloon rubber)?

They did not have that rubber smell but these gloves were not good quality. I would not buy again.

Q: why was i not given the option ro change the delivery speed? est. arrival time is in april! i need this item now?!?

They were not available to ship any earlier.

Q: Are these. Gloves baggy at the wrist? I’m a female, wear a M but need it to fit at the wrist.

I also normally wear a women's medium size glove, and wear nitrile gloves for work as well and find these to be more close-fitting than average. I find these gloves to be close to the wrist but not tight. They are not at risk of rolling up or snagging on something while I wear them, but are not water-tight against the skin. I would call them a snug fit on me.
