Mix these well and you'll get no lumps, they'll dissolve well enough.The taste is ok, not exactly Fanta lol but it's not meant to be, definitely drinkable.And as far as I can tell it does work, it staves off hunger pains especially the longer you drink it and it gets in your system. Not great l crazy priced like the others as well which are exactly the same no matter what they say. Easy to use

to much to drink with is product I wronly assumed it would be an orange powder with a small glass of waterbut reading the box it was requesting you drink a nmber of glasses of water seller gave good service arrived before time

Doesn’t mix as well as fibrogel and lacks the orange flavour it mentions but cheaper and works ok

I ordered the Ipaghula Husk Orange solution because I had a temporary injury and was very inactive for a two week period which caused constipation. My results with the solution were positive and I was aware that I had saved money with this product when compared to a far more expensive rival brand which was approximately double the price. I found the taste acceptable. Not particulary nice like a fruit juice drink but this is a medical solution. Anyone complaining about the taste should think about the necessary medical ingredients and compare them to what is in a nice tasting fruit drink. A rival product may taste better but for me its a case of “down the hatch” job done. It mixes well if you put the water in first then add the powder gradually. If you pour the satchet in first then it will probably need more stirring. A good amount (30) at a low cost. Very good.
