They don't share full information. No hard disk is given.you have to buy it extra...means extra expenses...no service backup or installation is given. Don't know wheres d service centre...before buying plz check all parameters..am not going to buy again.

Half product delivered ( Misguiding )
Please avoid buying this product they are misleading with the price and people are getting trapped. Requesting Amazon to stop/ban the seller. They are selling without Hardisk. Novice like me who has limited knowledge about CCTVs struggling to install it and get additional products. When I enquired a local installer he said that it will cost me 6000/- for a 2tb hard disk that will store 18 days footage and additional charges for wiring and installation. We also require a box where we can keep the CCTV. Yet to install the product not sure the problems I will face post installation. But this is a straight no buy.
