Perfect fit for C3220
The sponge fits perfectly... Received 3 pairs in the package and I have installed one pair to my c3220.really impressed with the quality and its comfortable for longer usage. Not sure about the durability. I hope it will be better than the C3220 original pads.

The quality is average and the material will get torn if it comes in contact with sweat or not handled properly.It is not worth the price, but there is not much options in the market too. So it's an okay okay product.

Fits perfectly on Plantronics C3220
Got this for my headset because the original cushions just crumbled and fell off from my Plantronics Blackwire C3220. These replacement cushions are more comfortable than the original, and are a perfect fit. I love that it comes with 3 pairs.

Size 60MM Fits with my Plantronics C3200 headset.
Before you buy, Please measure the size as described in the product screenshot.Once you confirm the size order accordingly.For Plantronics C3200 you will have to fully strip off the Leather and Inner Sponge and have a bare headset and then only this sponge you brought would fir. Refer the Image I have uploaded.For C3200 i have brought the 60MM size one and fir Perfect.
