Will this fit the xbu05z blower?

Yep. That’s the blower I have and it seems like the bag was made for it.

Makita dust bag part no 1232412 will work with makita blower modelxbu05z?

I purchased it for dub185 makita which is the same machine in my opinion.... And it fits. Just be aware that this bag does not work well with ground dust as the dust comes out through the bag itself and the bag itself feels very cheap and poor quality. Today I would look for a better quality one if it exists at all

Will this bag fit the makita bub 182?

Yes, it will fit in exhaust port of three speed 18volt blower.
