Close but no
Only half of my beautiful, expensive knives stayed up. Returned!

All my knives slid off the holder
It doesn't hold any of my knives. The small knives don't hold at all. The large knives will slowly slip right off. It's completely useless.

Horrible
Made the mistake of trying magnet with a large(wide) knife before installing it my kitchen wall…seemed ok…unfortunately all other knives slide right off after I put holes in wall for mounting. Don’t waste ur money.

Good Looks, Weak Magnets
The media could not be loaded. The Uni Bambou walnut knife rack comes with an installation template, screws and wall anchors, has two keyhole-shaped mounting holes in the back, along with an embossed brand logo. I was very excited to get a hidden-magnet magnetic knife bar with neodymium magnets, as I have one that I love, and this one retails for just $25.99, less than half the price of my main kitchen knife bar.Upon opening the package, my wife noticed some residue on the front of the bar, but I wasn't concerned, as I was planning to oil the bar. I placed a high-quality pair of Wusthof kitchen shears on the rack, and they slid right off. Then I placed them higher on the rack, and they were more stable. I then placed my largest knife, a Whusthof chef's knife on the rack, and it also slid off (see video). If Uni Bambou really did use neodymium magnets, then they either did not use enough (typically, these knife bars use 'button battery' style neodymium magnets all lined up in a row, touching side-by-side), or they placed them too far from the front of the knife rack so that they're effectively weakened. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. This rack is only good for holding light weight steel objects. It works okay for a paring knife. I cannot recommend this one.

Item is OK
Magnet power could be better. Knives slip a little. For The price I expected better magnet quality.
