This is a good one.

I researched this product before trying it the first time. There were lab test results showing some of the cultures help provide good bacteria which targeted the vagina. I have compared this product with other Probiotics, most do not contain this combination and this amount of various cultures. If you research each culture, each one helps target a certain area of the body although they all may be excellent for the gut. For myself, it took care of a chronic bacteria that a Dr. would prescribe antibiotics for. The gynecologist lab test results showed the bacteria was not yeast or gardnerella so there was no medical cure it, was a chronic issue. The gynecologist also suggested using more estrogen cream but the amount I would consistently need to use increases the risk of cancer so I continued to look for an alternative route. I used to experience uncomfortable intercourse due to the bacteria but one capsule per day really helps. Staying away from excessive amounts of sugar and eat a healthy lower carb diet also helps. My sister came to visit for a week and I noticed she had a chronic foul smelling discharge but after doubling up on this for 2-3 days then taking it consistently once a day the odor literally disappeared. I highly recommend this Women's Probiotic to women who are really searching for answers that they don't wan to talk about.

My doctor put me on a very good probiotic and it worked very well. But it was so expensive that I was looking for an alternative that would work and wouldn't upset my stomach. Some probiotics made my stomach rebel. I tried this from my local health food store and it worked just as well as the one my Dr. had me on and was not as expensive. Then I found the same thing on Amazon for less expense and I don't have to spend money on gas! Win!

Excellent probiotic. My naturopath recommended. Many strains of bacteria with the added bonus of cranberry to keep a healthy urinary tract. I have used probiotics for years and have always changed brands to get different strains. The quality and labs behind this product have created a return customer here. Price points are nice as well.I will note that if you have candida or serious intestinal illness, you may want to consult with your doc in case this has too many strains for you. Other than that you will love it!
