I'm a retired teacher, but still involved in home schooling, This hard cover workbook is the ideal for story/journal writing. Half the page is properly spaced for the beginner printer, while the top half is blank for the creative depiction of the story. I have never seen a hard cover workbook, and to me, it provides more protection for the pages within. I would buy this product again.P.S. As all the rest of my purchases are Christmas gifts, I am not in a position to review them.

For our children's literature and art education, we have them copy a poem or scripture verse, and then illustrate a part of it. This notebook is excellent for that as it has the top portion blank for the illustration and nicely wide ruled lines for them to practice their penmanship. Quality binding so the pages stay in (or do not rip out easily at least). Will repurchase.

Would have liked better quality sheets in book. The rest is great.

My students are having a blast with these!
