The best most reference book available on OKRs guidance
Since last few months I have been working like a mad dog and scratch the internet surface for more understanding and matured information on the implementation of OKRs so that I could guide and encourage my team to explore this for their increased growth, satisfaction and better engagement. During this phase I came across this book name and thought of giving it try. Found it to be the best most among all the books available in the market as this has got a deep guidence, advise and what not to do, how not to fail which is very important to understand. A reading and learning is worth.

Helps bring the OKR concept to life
After reading “measure what matters”, I was looking for the next step in my understanding of the OKR concept. This book was easy to read, packed with relevant examples and the story it uses to teach concepts is relatable. Especially appreciated the chapters on setting goals and scoring OKRs. Great read.

This is one of the best books on getting started with OKRs if you don’t know anything about them
The fictional story approach at explaining the OKRs is very interesting and keeps you going through the book. Really nice!

Quick introduction to OKRs
I had watched a few videos about OKRs and wanted to go a bit deeper, hence bought this book. The book did give me a birds eye view but was not comprehensive enough for me to share the idea with a team to get OKRs started. The story in the first half of the book is a good idea, but seemed to be executed in a hurry, so it did not feel like a good easy read. Examples sounded a bit hollow too.

A broader approach about OKRs
I enjoyed reading this book. It brings good examples of how to establish OKRs with clarity and also making them challenging enough to motivate people.

Quick and powerful
I agree with the other comments that this book was not properly edited. HOWEVER, I read books so I can learn something, not so I can criticize authors about minor spelling errors. On the learning point, this book definitly delivered. The first half was a story that drilled home what the OKR implementation experience is like and why it's important. The second half delivers the theory of OKRs in a short, digestible, and actionable way. I'm very happy with this book and recommend it to anyone trying to focus their employees on the initiatives that will grow there business (see what I did there).
