Necessary but a bit pricey.
i only have installed the left and right grips onto the mouse. it is now very easy and comfortable to grip and i have no trouble picking it up whereas before, i would have to be careful picking it up in case it slipped out my hand.

Took forever ti line up the honeycomb wrist part and the adhesive is already peeling day 1. Horrible quality.
