My whole family is pleased with the Puro BT2200. My kids (4 and 7) love them because they are stylish, wireless, and they get to enjoy their own music and podcasts. As parents, my wife and I love the Puro BT2200 because the battery lasts for ages, the build quality is decent, and the volume limiting seems to really work. When I first received the units, I cranked them as loud as they could go with some MP3s which I know hit hard to see how the headphones responded. I listened for a solid quarter of an hour but never once felt that my ears were in danger, which is great because standard headphones and small children isn't always the best match. We bought them in June 2021 for a long journey but they're also great around the house. If you do have two kids and two pairs of headphones, but only one screen or audio source, no problem - you can connect two pairs of headphones with a supplied cable, and both sets of headphones will play the same audio. Brilliant for journeys with kids.I also want to specifically mention the stellar customer support. After about 3 months, one of the units did experience an issue with the power switch. I wrote to Puro Labs, and got a response back from a real person within 24 hours. I described the issue, handed over a few details, and Puro Labs shipped a replacement unit without charging me. It arrived about 10 days later, which isn't bad given that we're in Canada and the unit shipped from California. Support was courteous and responsive throughout.In conclusion, I can whole-heartedly recommend the Puro BT2200. Are they the cheapest kids Bluetooth volume-limited headphones you can find on Amazon? Perhaps not, but they are surely the best value, and the company stands behind their product.

Défectueux après seulement un peu plus de deux ans d'utilisation...La led qui permet de connaître l'état du casque ne cesse de clignoter entre bleu et rouge, même lorsque le casque est éteint. Vu le prix et les prétention de la marque, c'est inacceptable.De plus, ma fille de 10 ans se plaint de douleur aux oreilles lorsqu'elle le porte, même peu de temps.
