I don't know what all the technical numbers mean when it comes to speakers. I do know when I like the sound of a speaker. I added on to my home and part of it was a theater room. I searched for about a year reading reviews and opinions on speakers. I wanted speakers that were in wall for a cleaner look. These speakers were in my budget range so I took a chance. I can say they didn't disappoint. I added a set of ceiling speakers for ATMOS sound. The sound is incredible. You do need separate amps for the subs, but it's worth ir not to have subs sitting on the floor. The installation wad super easy. I already pre wired the room before sheetrock. Once it was painted I used the supplied templates and cut the holes. Just had to attach the wires and put the speaker in the hole and tighten 4 screws. I pre painted the speaker frame and grill to match the walls and ceiling. If I had it to do all over again I would buy these same speakers. Fantastic sound, easy install and clean look.

i was skeptical due to the price and when they showed up in black and white boxes i was like oh no....Butttt they are awesome. sound and build quality are excellent that i would put against higher end speakers. i have them hooked to an onkyo rz820 at 135w per channel . everyone that has come and listened was also equally impressed. do not use a drill to tighten the screws that fold the ears out and you will be fine. i want another set

These are great speakers, and when price is factored, they are AMAZING. We used these at my brother's house and they compete nicely with my $400 per PAIR Klipsch speakers.What a great way to get an affordable built in system!

I ordered these speakers for a new home theater install. My wife and I were both shocked out how much sound that they actually output. When you order a 9 speakers below $400 as a set, you really can't expect that they will be the most outstanding speakers you have ever heard. I was wrong, these speakers are fantastic and the installation was a breeze as long as you know where your studs are. I bought the 7.2 system to configure my room for that setup, but after much debate, I've decided to go with a 5.2.2 setup for Dolby Atmos. I will be purchasing two additional in ceiling speakers to complete a 5.2.4 Atmos configuration.

All the speakers came out great and the sound quality is pretty good for the price, if your trying to have a simple theater room and have some loud speakers to watch your movies or listen to music i recommend them.Only thing I could not figure out is how to hook up the subwoofers to a receiver because the receiver does not have a connection to the speaker using regular speaker wire because it requires the subwoofer cable. If you have any ideas on how i could convert that I would love some feed back

I installed these in my new home in the media room and man I am impressed and cannot believe that you guys do not carry these anymore. They are solid and the sound is awesome and i feel like I am in a theater!!! Bring these back because I have a few friends that are trying to buy them now for their media room

I have this speaker system paired with a Sony receiver and a 12in formula 450watt sub. It's one of the clearest loudest systems I've ever heard. I should have went with a 15in sub and more watts, the 12in will not keep up with these speakers at loud volume.
