The Toovren iPhone 11 Pro Max Wallet Case feels made of quality materials and construction. The molded buttons are smooth and easy to find and click without looking. It has a soft suede-like lining. I like the slim form factor. The cutout for the Lightning port is a bit too small for the official iPhone 11 Pro Max Lightning cable, but it will work if I squeeze it in. I like the removable adjustable lanyard option and D-ring on the case. The back strap works well as a horizontal stand for viewing videos. As a hand strap, it is a bit tight to fit my small hands through due to the fact that I need to have half of my palm through to get a good grip on the large phone. I have to unsnap the strap for my hand to fit comfortably without stretching the strap, which leaves the wallet pocket open. I dislike the brown elastic on the pocket. Every color of this case has the same brown elastic which does not match the rest of the case. The case is not even offered in brown. Ultimately, I returned this case because of the tight fit on my hand.

Because of the price point I will give it 5 stars. I have dropped it several times. I absolutely would not use it with out a stick on glass protector. The case allows for the use of one and even with the glass protector on the glass just ever so barely does not touch when flipped over on a flat surface, but the glass will be your friend if the face hits something on the way down. I can keep 3 cards in the back pocket. After that they get a bit snug to get in and out. The cover does not pull off even when being slung around by the lanyard. The metal parts are steel and the stitching is solid and holding up well not stretching. The camera lenses are quite well protected because the pocket offers a good bit of distance from a surface. Only a direct puncture type hit to the camera area could risk the camera lenses getting damage. My only complaint is that the lanyard slips between the crack of the D-ring. You either need to pinch it extra secure with pliers or remove it and use a key ring to hold the phone onto the lanyard. It also hurts the neck to actually jog with it. It’s more practical for airport travel and keeps you from accidentally setting your expensive phone down. I plan to look for more of a camera thick lanyard.

Really good quality and stitching. Phone case keeps phone sleek and slim, without really much added weight (without cards). Hand fits comfortably in the back strap while holding the phone. The wallet is nice and snug, holding my cards securely, while the snap closure gives even more added security for cards. Lanyard clip is solid, secure, durable and not easily opened or loose, giving me peace of mind that my phone won’t drop. (Lanyard still easily opens with only one hand). Case feels strong to protect phone drops. Also, I really like the gray color. ☺️I did a lot of searching for a case with wallet and strap, this case had a lot of great reviews and good price. Knock on wood, I haven’t dropped my phone yet.

I love this wallet case. Necessity when going to Disneyland. I really liked this product. Initially I thought the strap it came with was too cheap and not very sturdy but I disregarded that since I had a strap from a small purse that I replaced it with and have been using it with that strap instead. The rest of the case feels sturdy. It has been pretty good other than that but I have only had this for less than 9 months and the parts of the case where the side buttons are began falling off today making my case hard to use because if I want to take a picture with my side buttons, change volume, etc I have to remove the case to do it. Makes my case useless now and I will have to replace it now. Less than 9 month's use is no good in my book.
