Works well with Alexa

This bulb DOES work, but I assumed it was the same as the Sengled bulb I got with an Echo Dot earlier this year, and despite the package being nearly identical, it was not the same bulb. That bulb REQUIRED the Alexa app, but no other app, which is what I was going for as I didn't want to have to download yet another app. This bulb did require the Sengled app, which was easy enough the link with Alexa, and has some neat features like the "Effects" options which let me do a cool Halloween effect.Installation had a brief hiccup, as the bulb requires a 2.4 network. My wifi setup provided by my internet provider, Spectrum, supposedly detects the required network automatically, yet this bulb didn't find the 2.4 on the first couple tries. Eventually it did and has been working. I understand that may have been a Spectrum issue and not an issue with the bulb, though most of my "smart" products have connected flawlessly.

Wish it was a tad brighter on some colors but for the price and how intuitively it is to setup, it’s hard to beat. I have 2 now and am thinking about a 3rd. Totally recommend.

I have 6 bulbs and 4 strips all of them randomly quit working, Alexa says they can't reach the server. I thought it was my WIFI router so I bought a Netgear Nighthawk with WIFI 6, I had planned to buy the router before I purchased the Sengled products. I purchased a new lamp and wanted it to work with everything else so I purchased this last bulb which will not work at all network does not even see it? I now have over $200 dollars in lighting so I guess I will try a different product and replace them one at a time.

Easy to install and works gray first time and continues working

I bought this one after buying their bluetooth version and could not get that one to work. This wifi one was not the easiest to instal to my rougher, but with some time and patience I got it to work. Only wish the app would just stay connected at all times for easier use on my phone. When you turn the light off and back on it stays at the same setting as last too. So if it's dimmed or colored, it's the same till you adjust on app.

I have several of these at multiple house both with and without a hub. Easy to setup and use. Conveniently setup on its own wifi, set a light schedule and they do their own thing. The Google home add on forces you to sync your accounts which annoying, but I recommend using the Sengled home up. Better than the original version and had everything you need for lights in all your rooms. I would recommend this product

Received a single bulb with the echo and worked like a charm! I bought a pack of 2 and can't get them to sync with the Singled app....wasted so much time...hours trying.

Sengled are the most unreliable devices I’ve ever owned. They work, then they don’t.Constantly have to reconnect, rebuild my routines and then a day or two later… sometimes a week or two they all become unresponsive again.
