Picture is much better than the actual product
I loved the looks of this bag, so ordered it as a gift. My heart sank when I opened it (it was nicely packaged).The patent croc embossed front & back look really good, but the smooth 'leather' sides & strap do not- the shade did not match or even blend with the front & back, and the quality of this 'leather' is poor. It could be the color ( merlot/ burgundy) but afraid to risk it on another color. I had planned to order one for myself, as well, but there was no way I would give this to anyone & I couldn't use it either, so I had to return it. High disappointment.
