I'm breakin out the simple pro/con list.PRO. Look amazing, which makes you feel amazing!. After a few uses, the leather breaks in to wrap around your foot.. The laces are strong and match the color of the fabric stripes well.. True to size! (If they feel tight on your instep, give them a chance to break in!!!)CON. There are areas that the adhesive around the sole was applied sloppily. Not SUPER noticeable.. The knobs on the sole look nice, but have no grip on wet ground.. Don't really breath well... but hey, its leather!For the price paid, I feel that these shoes are awesome. I can't really say much about durability because I don't use them daily. They get use maybe once or twice a week and only when the weather is nice. They feel like if I keep taking care of them they will last for years. These are one of the better looking pair of shoes I've ever purchased, and I was prepared to spend more for a less good looking shoe.EDIT: These became my every day shoe because of the comfort they provide. Once these things were perfectly broken in, they became the most comfortable show I've ever owned! They still look like new somehow, and any scuffs or marks either come right off or aren't really noticeable. My only gripe is that while walking on wet sidewalks or parking lots, its like walking on an oil slick. The knobs on the tread provide minimal to no traction, while they wear away quickly. All well, when they wear out I will be picking up another pair.

I have been a sketcher fan for quite some time. You really can't go wrong with them. Every pair of shoes I have purchased have all been extremely comfortable, and lasted quite a while. These shoes live up to the hype. I must say, they are extremely stylish. I can't tell you how many compliments I get on them. They are so versatile. I work in an office, and have to wear business casual style clothes. These are perfect for this. They look like casual office shoes, but they can also be weekend casual as well. It really depends on what you wear with them. The shoe size is spot on. Usually, shoes can float a 1/2 size too big or small, but these are dead on the size. No need to worry about getting a bigger or smaller size. I must say, they are one of the most comfortable pairs of shoes I have ever owned. They almost feel like running shoes in terms of comfort. I have had them for over a month now, and they really seem to be holding up. They still look brand new, even though I wear them every day. I will say there is one little downside, but just barely. The tread pattern on the bottom is a little like cleats. There are these raised bumps for tread. It's not an issue under normal circumstances, but I was eating at a restaurant that had a slick floor, and they can get a little slick on these types of surfaces. It wasn't like I was ice skating, but I did notice a little slide when turning a corner. It's by no means a deal breaker, just something to be aware of. Sketchers didn't disappoint on these shoes. Trust me, pick yourself up a pair. They go great with just about any outfit. They look great during the week at the office in khaki's, and even better with jeans on the weekend. Great job sketchers!

Item: Skechers Men's Urbantrack Forward Casual Lace-Up, Black/Taupe 9.5MI own a version of the Urbantrack from five years ago, where the look was slightly different. I loved those shoes and when I saw these at a great price, I had to get them. The fit is perfect, and they look great. They are built well, and feel durable. I mainly wear these when I go out sometimes for casual events. I'm not wearing these everyday though. The bottom of the shoes are like the suckers of an octupus, but not as sticky, but because of the separation, they may get some small pebbles stuck between them. Comparing to the same style from 5 years ago, they fixed the bottom, because the old style used to really collect pebbles. These feel amazing when I walk in them, and definitely have that grip to the ground. The stitchwork is excellent. The toe is not hard and not soft either. It's of medium strength. I've had these for two months now and no problems.

I bought my first pair of these in 2008 and wore them until 2012. I wore them until the sole separated from the upper shoe. It was hard throwing them away, and the next pair of sketchers I bought didn't look as good or last as long.I couldn't find these in the stores, locally, so I checked Amazon, and here they were. They don't seem to be 100% the same as my old pair. The stripes on the side are made of a more gray material, for example, but they're close enough. They seem to be holding up well, a couple of months later, and they look fantastic and fit just as well as the first pair.I hope Sketchers continues selling these on Amazon. I'll buy pair after pair. I have a hard time finding shoes I really like and I hate going to the store only to realize they've been discontinued. Thanks.

I love Sketchers shoe designs, and this shoe design is great also. I've been buying Sketchers shoes for years because of their great style and durability. These shoes are a bit tight on the top of my foot, however, I really have wide feet with a high arch, so I think it's tight because of my feet rather than design of the shoe. Most of the time Sketchers shoes will stretch out to fit anyway.I have other Sketchers shoes that were a bit tight when I 1st started wearing them, but after a few days of wearing them, they fit perfectly. Overall, I love these shoes and I will continue to buy Sketchers for as long as they continue to have great style and durability.
