A tried and true staple!
You just can’t go wrong with a classic pair of doc martens! Like other reviewers have mentioned, the leather is a bit stiff at first and feels tight BUT I wore them around my house for a bit as I could tolerate and then wore them with double socks the first time out and the leather broke in right away! They’ve shapes to my feet nicely and the faux fur lining keeps me warm on chillier walks. The anti slip soles are incredible too! These are both stylish versatile, and comfortable and just all around functional for fall through spring. They feel very well made and while the price is what it is, you’re getting what you pay for and these shoes should last me for years to come with proper care!

About the sizing...
Gen X here. I used to have so many pairs of Docs in varying styles as a teen and 20-something in the 1990's. I loved them. The leather is sturdy and as you wear them/break them in, they start forming themselves to the shape of your foot and ankle for a custom fit. The soles are air cushioned and really nice if you have to be on your feet a lot.I've seen people asking if these are real Docs and about the sizing.Yes, as far as I can tell, they are legit. They were packaged well, are well made and feel good on. I really like the fluff... So cozy.As for sizing, I wear a 7.5 US women. I always used to buy size 7 Docs back in "the old days." Now that I'm older and a little fatter I decided to go ahead and get a size 8. Well... I probably should have got a size 7, after all. They are a little bit roomy in the heal and toe. I'm not going to trade them, though. I got these for autumn and winter and plan to be wearing thick socks most of the time. So, I believe it really comes down to preference. If you are a half size and want a more snug fit, go down. If you want/need wiggle room, go up. Just be sure that when you break them in you lace them properly so you don't end up with a boot that chafes your ankles.

Great boot
Not a huge doc Martin fan but these boots are cute and great for the winter. I loved them. I do suggest getting the boot polish as it helps preserve the leather

Perfection!
These boots have become my new favorites! I love the Serena boot with fur lining. It keeps the leather from stretching out and provides extra warmth and comfort. As with all Docs, these do run big, so size down if you’re in a half size. The fur lining does span the entire inside of the boot making it feel just a bit snug, but wear them around and break them in and you’ll be just fine. The taupe color is the perfect neutral and getting them on sale made it all the more of a perfect buy.

My wife loves these shoes
She tells me they are very comfortable, very warm, she works where it's about 40 degrees all year long. So she is very happy with the show and wears them every night.
