Decent folding paper.
The paper isn’t too bad. It’s got this glossy-ness to it that I’m not really into. I wish it was just regular paper the way origami paper is.

False AD not 1300 strips
I counted the strips multiple times...there isn't 1300 in the bag. I know one of my bags is packaged differently and that is the one with missing strips. I don't know what happen but it's upsetting to be lied to. Or maybe I'm just the unlucky one. I've folded some stars already so obviously it cannot be returned. Just wish I'd counted beforehand.

So much better than expected
Read this!!Okay for starters. As a someone new to making paper stars, who has ALWAYS struggled with origami, this was a nice surprise. The paper is cut perfect. I got the 24 styles, It’s in three little bundles that were each individually wrapped and connected to go with the styles (astrology, galaxy & the additional style not posted). Both the galaxy and astrology ones are the typical origami paper texture, which is nice. However, the additional style (forgot to photograph) is EVEN BETTER, especially for beginners. It’s a lot harder to rip, and very forgiving since it’s a glossy/more durable/heavier paper type. If you make a mistake, the other paper type is a lot easier to fix than the galaxy/astrology types. I wish I could buy an entire bundle of just that texture. Overall, absolute 10/10, sets even come with the folding instructions, easy to use, and a super easy set to try out a new paper type without getting overwhelmed!

The strips in the picture on the left has got a plastics paper feel and the stars on those were underwhelming. The ones on the right looks really nice and pretty as individual strips but once made into starts the patterns are all covered up and cause the ends of the strips are black you don’t get so much of the colour.
