BEWARE - CHEMICALLY SCENTED BALLOONS!
The banners and cake toppers were cute, however the balloons gave off a terrible chemical smell. As I was touching them and blowing them up, I wiped my eye with my hand or touched my eye somehow, and it started burning and turned red. It caused itchy all over my friend’s hands. Neither one of us have an allergy. I believe the chemical smell and that incident go hand in hand. I would definitely not use the balloons in this package.

Nice decorations
The decorations definitely look nice and true to the picture! The balloons did have a very strong chemical smell when taking out of the bag that I was unsure about it.
