It really works!
I strained my rear deltoid and it has been hurting for a few months...it is a nagging pain that comes and goes, sometimes preventing me from sleeping...my physical therapist reccommended icing it before sleep, but ice is hard to keep in position...not with this. Kool'n fx holds the cold in the right place and I have been able to sleep! Thank you to whoever came with this! it is fantastic!

need more fluid in pack
buy the time you figure it out to put it on. the ice pack is warm, it dose not hold the cold very well. little pricey.

Doesn't stay cold long
The idea of this is exactly what we wanted for our son to ice his shoulder. However, it does not stay cold enough to offer the recommended 20 minutes per treatment, it might last 10 minutes. We have to place ice packs underneath.

Works as advertised
The product was received a day after being ordered. The quality of the product is outstanding. It fit perfectly over my wife's shoulder and own the arm and provided cooling to relieve her pain. Gives cooling for 30-40 minutes and refreezes in about the same. Good product.

Nice idea, shoddy materials
Plastic material degraded and ripped while using it as a cold pad and leaked gel all over my arm.
