Broke at 5 weeks, no consistency with what you receive. It's great or it's crap.
I purchased one of these a while ago for my mother and it's perfect. It's firm and supports her neck while still being comfortable and the massage feature works well. I decided to buy one and was disappointed as soon as I opened it. Instead of firm support, it's floppy like a beanbag. I should have returned it, but time got away from me. I was stuck with it so decided to use it. The massage feature stopped working on the third use. It isn't the batteries, it's a loose connection because if you hold it exactly in the right location, it works for a second. I see from other commentsvthat it's a crap shoot as to whether you get the working supportive style or the crappy non working bean bag style. May the odds be ever in your favor.
