Great measuring cup used for espresso shots
Serves purpose. I have been using for about a month, hand washes after usage, has not yet seen any signs of marks disappearing.I am using it to get espresso drips almost always. I also got a different (same purpose) cup from an offline shop at much cheaper price - I think it was around $2.50 ish, which is just as good as this.I think I paid a bit over $6 dollars for this cup which I now think is a bit pricer than what I could have paid for. Only got to realize after I found item on a local shop.I thought about knocking a star off for the price - but decided not to bring price into factor for this particular item. Product itself is a 5 star for now.

Lower quality than the original Gemco!
The original 4-ounce measuring glass I have is in black lettering and very easy to read. This latest one is red and is very difficult to read. As a matter of fact you have to hold it up to the light to see the graduations. Its also not the same size, although the measurements are equal to the first one. I'm disappointed in the quality of this latest version from Gemco. Will not buy another unless I can be sure its the same as the first.

Came with chips in the edges, otherwise good
When this measuring glass arrived, it had two chips on either side of the rim. Not huge or dangerously sharp, but still annoying in a brand new glass. I thought about returning it, but I decided it was something I could live with and that it probably wasn't worth the hassle.Other than that, this is a VERY handy glass to have around. I use it mainly for mixing alcoholic drinks, and it's big enough that you don't have to keep pouring the liquid out to measure more like you do with a shot glass. It also has the main measurements usually used: ounces, teaspoons, tablespoons, and milliliters. The markings are still going strong after a month of being put in the dishwasher (that's why I had to buy this one to replace a different measuring glass--the markings had worn off). All in all, a good buy.

Poor quality from an order of 4!
I received four of these shot glasses today. Two of them are red, two are black. I found these to be exceptionally poor quality from my following observations:1) The measuring marks on all of them are rubbed off to a certain degree, with the black ones worse than the red.2) The bottom glass thickness wildly varies between each single one making accuracy questionable with tapered walls, even though it appears the manufacturer tried to compensate by accordingly moving the fixed-space screen print higher or lower.3) Finally, one of the black printed ones has what appears to be sharpie touch up marks all over it. When the glass is held at an angle to the light, the telltale marker lines are clearly seen dabbed and drawn (most) places where the screening rubbed off. This is completely unacceptable.Needless to say, I'm returning all of these.

Awesome Glass..But..
I really like this item for measuring small amounts and tablespoons and ounces etc. I use it all the time for stuff when I track calories. The problem is the lettering is starting to come off :-( else would be 5 stars...

Very Useful
We use this in our dishwasher, and everywhere else, without any issues. In fact, it is so useful for making drinks and even baking where you need 1/3 tbs. of some fluid, I find myself just about unable to cook without having this around. I even take it with me to friends homes for cooking events there.

Accuracy is off but not by much
Tested this glass against a near identical product with a ML based medicine scale. The other cheaper glass from local supermarket was dead on the mark. The Gemco seemed to be off by about 1/10ml which is no big deal for most uses. However the Gemco is much thicker, the glass is better quality (no bubbles) and it offers superior raised measurement markings which are likely to hold up better over time. I therefore believe for most intents and purposes the Gemco deserves five stars all the way. Finding a cheap yet well made and accurate consumer grade measuring glasses is next to impossible anymore.

All the markings wore off
Only writing a review because I'm back shopping for a replacement. All of the markings have worn off.

Serves its purpose to measure
Good quality. Does the job. Easy to read print. Bigger than a normal sized shot glass (I am ok with that)
