Movie Maniacs 1: Freddy Krueger - A Nightmare On Elm Street Action Figure

I bought this 7 inch Freddy Krueger because I recently purchased a 8 inch Jason Voorhees from the Freddy vs. Jason movie. I wanted to stand them next to each other like they do in the film, it worked out quite well.The figure is sculpted well, the paint is nice also. The hat does not come off, but I don't really care because my 18 inch Freddy has a removable hat and it doesn't stay on very well! The claw is finely detailed and the face is nicely done, very close to the Robert England character. It comes with a "Nightmare on Elm Street" movie poster stand, which is the first movie, but the little Freddy character is from the third movie so I didn't get that, but its not a big deal. The Freddy Krueger and little Freddy both stand up great, the figures don't move very much, not much articulation in these figures, but their mostly for show anyway. The Mezco brand action figures have better articulation than Neca, but I like both anyway.Anyway, this a very nice detailed 7 inch Freddy Krueger. This is a Mcfarlane figure so detail is always in these kind of figures. I think is one of the most affordable Freddy Krueger action figures too. I paid about $25, I think that is a fair price compared to a Jason Voorhees of the same series.

I Purchased this to Go with My 'Jason' Figure from this Same Series and Ended Up Liking it More than 'Jason'. He has a Great Stance (Unlike Jason) and is Very Detailed. The Paint Job is Perfect (I Particularly like the Blood-Stained Pants). Not Very Many Points of Articulation, but You can Adjust His Glove a Couple of Different Ways. All in All a Great Choice by Which I was Pleseantly Surprised.
