Really think that this Biotin has helped to keep my hair from falling out. My hair is fine and old age was making it finer - almost "weblike". The strands appear stronger & more resilient. In addition to that, my hairline was receding ever so slightly & I believe that it's helped it to begin to grow back in a bit. Highly recommend.

I have used several brands of biotin and this is by far the best. I'm not sure if the changes I see in my thinning hair is a cumulative result of all that I have tried in the past, or from this brand, but the results are here now, so I give it credit and will reorder.
