Lights Out Management done right
I have two of these - one for each of my HP Microservers - and they are a great addition. I can reboot or power up/down my servers from a browser and I can also use the HTML5 display to see my server's screen on a browser. That means I can do anything I could from the console remotely and more! The interface is available even if the server is powered down. Server hang when rebooting after a patch? No issue ... cold boot it remotely. At the low cost of this device any HP Server should have one ... not shore if it works with other brands or non-server models. ... but this is on heck of a lot of functionality for not a whole lot of money.

ilo5 is a very powerful thing
Advantages: simple installation, convenient operation and compact. You can remotely control the hp gen10 plus at home, install the system, and maintain various maintenance.Disadvantages: It is best to have a simple manual on how to use it and how to locate its ip address. The heat is large.

This is absolutely genuine and brand new. The licensing is built-in the module, no need to insert a product key of any kind.
