The quality and comfort of the mattress are fine; however, the packing was terrible. The box arrived broken open at both ends and the plastic wrapping the mattress was completely ripped from one end. The mattress did arrive with 2 small stains from being unwrapped. Very disappointed. If we didn't need the mattress this weekend i would have sent it back for replacement. Need better corrugated and tape for such large items.

Needed a firm mattress, so bought this one to add on top of an existing futon mattress. The combo provides good support, and os a good height.

I received this 3 days ago. It smells weird, like chemicals. I've had it outside everyday trying to air it out. It hasn't expanded to 6" yet either. Not sure if I'm keeping it yet.

was really hoping for a bit more squish. Works for now and is cheap enough where I’m willing to use for a year until I upgrade to something with a little more. But if given a time machine and the option I would not get this mattress.

I ordered this mattress to replace the old one for my son's room. Upon unpacking it, it did fluff up and filled out. Nice color and quality. Very comfortable. It was a great replacement and actually looks better than his original mattress.

Came dusty

I have had this about a year. After 6 months I rotated head to foot and last month I flipped it over. It has compacted quite a bit even though I sit in different areas and have rotated and flipped. Sometimes I sit on the side edges and can feel it is higher, but it isn't comfortable that way for anything but a temporary perch. It is pretty comfy to sleep on, either as a couch or fully open. The color is blue but they used white thread - I keep the futon covered with a sheet as I want to keep the main cover clean. It is a decent value for the money, overall.
