I made personal pies and cheesecakes for a party and these worked great! Perfect size and cleaned up with ease. I used non-stick spray (Pam) in the bottom of both the pie crusts and the graham cracker crusts and they baked up and held their shape after removing from the forms. The removable bottoms made removing the tarts easy without destroying them. I would definitely recommend.

These are a perfect size for individual apple pies, or quiches. Having the loose bottom means you can easily pop out any pastry that is sticking a bit around the edges. I had a set of these already, but after a while the nonstick wore off, as is the way of all nonstick over the years. So these are a great replacement.
