Delicious!
Bought these piquillo peppers because we've been to Jaleo's a couple of times and they had these peppers. I found a recipe on how to cook them. I'm not a fan of any peppers unless it's been chopped into tiny pieces or sauteed into a sauce. But these piquillo peppers are delicious! They are slightly sweet and they are a perfect compliment to any steak. No issues with the can like some reviewers have stated.

They are so sweet, delicious
I thought I was overcommitting with this large can, but figured I could vacuum seal them and/or freeze them for later use, BUT as soon as I tried them, I ended up using them for and with EVERYTHING! I originally purchased these for use in paella, and ended up using them in and on top of hummus, on sandwiches, in salads, and pasta. They are so sweet, delicious, and convenient.

subtle delicious flavor
the can appears bulky and unappealing, but once opened, it reveals a hearty portion of tasty, well-prepared sweet peppers.

Not eligible for return of the can is rusted out
Buyer beware: Despite the can arriving with rust / gunk crusted on the edge ( see image), this item is ineligible for return. I’m sure the peppers were lovely when originally packed, but it doesn’t seem sanitary to eat them once a can opener drives that crud into the peppers. $15 down the drain.

Great product
So happy to have found these - we travel to see family in the Basque country and LOVE the piquillos. This is a good size tin and a great value. Peppers were good quality.

Real piquillo peppers
Real piquillo peppers. I got so frustrated with many brands at the store which claim "piquillo" on the label but inside is a cut up bell pepper. These taste amazing. That big can was gone in just a couple of days, I couldn't stop eating them.
