Not too bad for a robot chassis. 4*1.5V Batteries can supply power to the Arduino board, one H-bridge controls the main motor (back wheel forward and backward) another H-bridge controls the second small motor (front wheel left or right).Seems easy to be modified to suit any further development.

The car was used once, and then the motor died.The car was used carefully and on flat pavement. It was incredible how long the battery lasted! It ran for hours without getting hot.Speed was more than adequate and the remote had seemingly infinite range. Out of the box, the rc-car purchase was perfect.But then we put it away and tried to use it again the following weekend, and the car sputtered, then died.I tried new batteries, but it’s dead.

Fun remote control car! My 7 year old loves playing with it. Its not as responsive as his dad's ridiculously expensive car but it does the job and my son can be just like dad. The bright color is a hit with my son as green is his favorite color. Only thing that would make this better is a rechargeable battery.

This car is the perfect size for my kids! It gets the job done on entertaining them. The packaging was a little different but it arrived in great shape. I would give this as a gift to other kids!

Ordered for my 6 year old boy based on the dimensions listed. I thought this would be good for a beginner RC Truck. When we received this in the mail the first thing I noticed was the box looked like it had been opened previously. Then when I seen how small the truck was I was trying to find the dimension located on the box. There was a rattle inside the bottom of the box so I opened the bottom to see what it was and it was the clips that hold the car in the box. These had been cut and put back inside the box as I would assume someone else had returned this item. I did not check to see if it was used but it had definitely been removed from the box, we decided to return this and purchase a different RC.. The dimensions listed are for the box and not the truck, this truck is quite a bit smaller than what they list for the size.

I purchased this RC buggy for my 5 year old son as a starter RC so he could get the hang of it before moving to larger, more expensive RCs. Took it outside and we were very disappointed with the power output of this buggy. Even on a fresh set of batteries it cannot run at all in short grass, so the manufacturer's claim that it is made to run outdoors in sand, dirt, and gravel is laughable. We live at the beach and were especially excited to take this to the beach so he would have a large area to play with it. Luckily we have a very large, flat driveway where he can practice with this for a while before we upgrade. Very disappointed with the power.

Bought this item for my son on Christmas. The item had great reviews. When we put new batteries in it the car will hardly move on top of carpet it only runs on smooth surfaces it was bout to run outside. If you're expecting this vehicle to run outside on grass and dirt don't buy it
