This book of short stories is one of the best I have read in years. Set amidst the simplicity of everyday life, the stories explore complex human emotions that all of us have grappled with at some point of our lives. Emotions like guilt, anger, and even love. I would highly recommend this book to anyone who loves short stories, particularly to those who love Indian authors.

One finds a fine blend of philosophy, magic realism and mystery in his stories. A very brilliant student and an IPS officer retiring as Director General of Police, a well read person all genres of famous litterateurs over the world, one gets enriched with reading his writings. Philosophy mostly takes the centrestage.
