The pre-order bonus came in via email for me today, Monday 9/13 - I received the game on Friday 9/10, so it seems like maybe it was a 1 business day delay. It redeems fine, and you can load the items into a game in-progress, so you can start playing the game while you wait for it to come in, and load the items later.
