Good
Tasty but definitely NOT an appetite retardant.

Good value spinach extract, but bag doesn't seal
Wow, this stuff is definitely spinach extract. Mine is a very fine, green powder that smells and tastes strongly of spinach. I'm happy with the amount I get for the price considering I'm taking about a teaspoon at each meal to curb cravings after eating, which means you need quite a bit for say a month's supply. The only two downsides are that my bag doesn't seal closed which stinks but is manageable by keeping it in a gallon-sized Ziploc, and that I don't like the taste of spinach at all, so this is just nasty to get down. I've tried taking it with apple juice and mixing it into a cup of applesauce, but it's so potent that I can still really taste it, so I'm thinking about getting some 000 sized capsules and filling them with these. It'll mean I'd have to take 3 capsules with each meal, but at least I won't have to taste it, so I think it'll be worth it. I'll update after I've been using it for a while and if I decide to try the capsule method. Any other suggestions how to get it down would be great!

Good with Keto
I have been using this on my Keto diet. I use the drippings from beef or chicken and with a stick blender put 3 or 4 tablespoons. It tastes like a gravy, but far healthier than anything made with wheat.

Does not dissolve well in cold liquids.
It's a green powder. It tastes bad. It does not dissolve in room temp or cold liquids. I've added it to a hot oatmeal porridge that I make and to hot soups. I don't know if the heat deactivates the active ingredient in the extract. I've also added it to my smoothy and gotten it to suspend, but need to add a flavoring to cover the taste. Does it help with weight loss - not so far. Does it help build muscle as recently reported in clinical studies - maybe. I've rather suddenly increased the weight on the bi/tri exercises I do, but there are confounding factors. I gave it 4 stars for the quality and price of the product.

I used to try and improve gym/body
I Tried to add to my preworkout and does not taste bad. Good results after a month of 2/3 tablespoon every day. Feel little stronger and my workouts feel smooth no worn out sets that force me to take longer rest. Will continue to add it. I would compare it to how creatine felt in starting years of the gym. Give it a try

Takes very little to use and was a nice green color.
I put this in my smoothies for when I’m out of fresh spinach. I see reviews about people saying the powder is brown and the pkg is hard to close. Mine was green, but the pkg is hard to close. I dumped mine in a container. I’m very happy with this product!

Flavor is really mild and easily blends in shakes
Just received this product so I only gave it 4 stars since I just started using this. It so far I like that the taste is so mild, I add it to my Herbalife shakes and I can’t even taste the spinach flavor which is what I was worried about. So I’ll be updated my review once I’ve used the product for a longer time frame.

Best for appetite control
Best for appetite control. I'm giving this five stars because I haven't found anything else that works as well this for appetite control. It works so well that I struggle to get in all my calories every day because my hunger and desire to eat is very low if I do not exercise while taking the spinach extract. Another bonus is that it keeps my digestive system "regular". I will continue to use product. I've lost 5 pounds already and really wasn't expecting to lose anything, I just didn't want to gain anything because I felt that my appetite was increasing due to exercise. Great product.
