Students In Awe!
My students were learning about the sun, ultraviolet light, and solar energy. Following our lesson. We made these bracelets. Of course, they were excited when they realized the beads would glow in the dark, but were absolutely amazed when we went outdoors and the colors were revealed in the sun.

Color Change beeds
They do change color in the sun. I thought they would be brighter colors and not so pastel... They are nice beads and my kids like them. I'm going to make a bead loom for them to make bracelets on, using the beads.

They work! So fun!
We used them as a party craft for our fall kindergarten party. Created brackets with them using chenille sticks. The kids absolutely LOVED THEM! We went outside and watched the colors change, then went back inside for them to glow in the dark. So fun! I need to think of something else beside the chenille stick bc I will definitely be doing this again next year!

Multiple colors UV beads, wished each colors are more equally given.
Bought the beads for some arts and crafts project for my kiddo. I received the following colors: Yellow, light Pink, Magenta, Blue, purple, and Violet. Most of the beads that I received are yellow. I wished the amount for each color are more equally distributed. The bead’s color change once expose to UV within 5 seconds. I lay out the beads in the sun and sort it into bags label by color. I haven’t check to see if the beads glow in dark yet.Not sure the the UV beads also come in orange and green or not... it would be nice if there’s more colors.

Photochromic glow-in-the-dark pony beads
Great set of beads making six different colors when activated by sunlight. Interestingly, the purple, blue, and fushia pink beads activate their colors under a long wave uv flashlight, while the light blue, orange, and yellow beads go straight to glow-in-the-dark (GITD) without changing color under long wave uv (365 nm). When sunlight activated, the latter three have strong GITD, the purple & blue have weak GITD, while the fushia-pink has negligible GITD. Planning to use these for sun exposure in the Gulf of Mexico & outdoors and for Glo-bowl, Sterling Mine Museum, and other venues with black lights.

Students love them!
These needs are very fun! They work just as promised. My students thought they were just magical.I gave each student one bead in the morning. They saw it change colors at recess...Later ..We read the story Rainbow Fish....Each student got an additional bead from other classmates and I share the beauty they bring into our classroom. =)

Good product...not as vibrant as in photo
All and all good product. I was a little disappointed as the colours were not as vibrant in the sun as some other UV beads I’ve seen before. They are more a softer shade then that shown in the photo.

..these were a good price....
..love handing these out to kids at the family reunion, they are very captivated by the colour change when going from inside to outside in the sunlight. It might even make a great science fair project...use them to detect UV, and then see if various sunscreen lotions on clear plastic sheets really do block the UV.....

They work!!
This product is great! Changes colours almost immediately in the sunlight, and fades back to clear after time. I plan to use these with kids to create awareness to use sunscreen- great buy!

Great product
Really great product, changes colour fast and glows bright in the dark (however the glow will not last for more than a few minutes). We made hemp bracelets with these beads with a group of younger girls to teach them about sun exposure - when their beads turn colours, they need sunscreen!

Fun fun fun!!!
Love these beads. However hard to put them in order of colour. As they fade too quick inside. Although led us lights from nail kits work to see the colours.
