We thoroughly enjoy these sprouted seeds from Lark Ellen. Price is a bit more than I like but they are US made, high quality and tasty. The packaging is great too. Thus, I am quite pleased with the seeds! Will buy again and again!

Low salt or no salt needed on these. Taste is amazing healthy. I use it fir my pastor sauce, yum.

I ordered three bags as it is a better deal. shipping was faster than I expected. I opened the first bag, the first bite, a few of them were bitter. Each bite, there are bitter ones. I had sprouted pumpkin seeds from Wholefoods before, they don't taste bitter. Bitter is an indication of something is not fresh. Not healthy for the body. Please do your own research on bitterness for nuts, cause the impact. I contacted the merchant and they did refund immediately. Thanks for being reasonable. The two other bags I will bring to homeless shelter hopefully they are fresh... the opened one has to be composted. Thanks again for the quick refund.

Love that there were no nasty ones. All were fresh and tasty. Tried a few other brands but they just don’t compare to Lark Ellen Farm. Ordering more now. Worth the money!
