When you don't have dietary issues with gluten but live with someone who does, you can find that gluten substitutes don't come close to to tasting or having the same texture as foods with gluten. I personally find that a lot of these products don't taste the same or feel right in the mouth when you eat them, which for me really outs me off of them. This leads to me cooking two versions of the same meal, one with and one without gluten (which can lead to cross contamination if you are not careful). However; after making Scotch eggs using these brown rice breadcrumbs I can defiantly recommend them and will be buying again. The only issue is that they don't brown as well as traditional breadcrumbs but do go a very pale light golden brown.

These are such a nice treat for those of us with Coeliac Disease as it's very hard to find decent crumbs to coat our foods. Thank you Orgran for making them & thank you Amazon for selling them as I was having an awful time FINDING any !!

I normally crush rice crackers my self, saw these and decided to try fantastic. I put the rice crumbs in a bowl and I mixed some seasoning with it and it was great. I tried using it on chicken tenders and it adhered to it with no problem, first dunking the chicken in egg then the rice crumbs. They came out very crispy outside and tender on the inside.... The company should make more with various seasoning with it.....Yummy Great Product.
