I don't believe what I hear at times or what I read....but I took these daily for 5 weeks. I discontinued and in 4 days my joint pain was back with a vengeance. I won't ever take these out of my daily regime of vitamins or herbs. It works for me. Hope it works for anyone with inflamed joints. I will never do without this product!

These tart cherry gummies taste a lot like real cherries to us. They're sweet with a nice tartness, and the texture is on the firm side and the chew is pleasant.Do they work? My mother swore cherries (fresh ones) helped her arthritis and my husband took that to heart. He takes these gummies three times a day, as directed, and is nearly out since the bottle only contains about twenty days' worth. He feels they help with his own arthritis pain, which flares with the barometer.Since this brand is so expensive, he will be trying others to see how well they work. I'm a bit put off by the broad claims of health benefits they "may offer," (like a flat tummy and help with age spots), but if these are the only ones that do the trick to keep his hands and ankles from aching, we'll come back to them. eventually.

These Superfruit Tart Cherry 3000mg gummies taste amazing! They have a very sweet cherry taste and are a firm dry texture. They are so easy to take when they taste this good, you won't forget. There are 60 in the bottle, however the serving is 3 a day so this is less than a month's supply (20 days). I ordered these because it is supposed to increase collagen, smooth wrinkles and age spots and help with a flat tummy. I have not noticed any of these benefits, but you propably need to take them for longer than 20 days. I didn't notice until the bottle came that in each serving (3 gummies) there are 30 calories, 9g of carbohydrates, 8g of sugar and 15mg of sodium.

I really like these but they are a tad expensive at $1 per serving. I've been taking Tart Cherry for years in post workout supplements to help with muscle recovery and strength. It supposedly also has the added benefits anti-aging, age spots, wrinkle smoothing and normal sleep patterns. I was usually getting around 480mg of it when I took it. This has a whooping 3g of it! Or so they say. You also get 600mg of celery seed extract which is reportedly good for heart and joint health. Does any of it work? Honestly I don't know. I've been taking it for a few weeks and my recovery time in the gym might be better. Whatever the case, I like taking them. They're tasty and you get a host of potential benefits from them. Just be aware of the price and that there is 8g of sugar per serving!
