I didn't know when I bought this that is is designed for the international market. The plug is for US (or similar) so I had to buy a plug to add onto the end. But it is a really good beard straightener. Worth buying and paying additional for an adapter

Simply perfect

The media could not be loaded.  I am 3 days over warranty on this product apparently. I bought this item a month ago and it has stopped working. Amazon won’t help and won’t engage with me as their button system won’t recognise my fault because I’m 3 days over. Do not buy this product.

It's comes with an American plug so can't even use it when bought and doesn't say this anywhere in description

By law, the seller is required to refund the money and then, if they want the article, arrange collection themselves. Amazon’s system prevents this from happening, failing to enable the law to be followed, but hey it’s Amazon, who could probably own the UK if they wanted to, since they don’t pay taxes. Just don’t buy this; it’s a sleazy con.

Caveat Emptor! This product comes with a two pin US plug fitted not a UK plug, so you will need to buy a US to UK plug adaptor. Update to previous review...Brush blew up after only 4 months. I contacted Arkam for support and they said because the seller isn't an authorised seller they couldn't offer any waranty. I then contacted the seiller who informed me that they wouldn't offer support because it was outside of their 30 days. I've found out through researching US to UK appliances that having the adaptor plug isn't enough. US electrics run on 60Hz and UK is 50Hz so you'll need to buy a full converter box which will cost about £50!Very upset and disappointed as this is a waste of £55...Amazon need to clamp down on rogue seillers like this.

I have to say that I’m very happy with this item. It gets hot very fast and does a great job. I have used it after a shower and it has been great for me I will definitely recommend this product.

I max this brush out on 450 and it works like a charm. I have very curly hair and it gets my beard razor straight. Just be careful. If you have wet hair it will produce very hot steam. If you have oil or balm it will smoke up until it burns off the brush. Overall I'm very satisfied, especially at the price point. It's also pretty safe. With a clean and dry beard it will not burn you. The cord also turns in the handle so it doesn't tangle up as easily. I would not recommend for short hair beards, but for big beards it is fantastic!

Tried it for the first time and was very happy with the results. I've had a goatee growing for years and it keeps wanting to curl all over. This had it straightened out in minutes. Very easy to use and I'm happy I bought it.

This is the second brush I have bought, my first was another brand. This one is larger, more heated area. It comes with a super nice case. The area that it brushes is much larger than the competition. It heats up quickly. It works excellent, it is very quick getting up to temp.
