The new recipe has a lot of saturated fat and is not healthy for you!
I absolutely loved these bars and had this product on subscription for months, until now. I noticed that they changed their recipe on the newest order and I will no longer eat them or give them to my kids because of this. It used to be my go to snack when I was on my way to work and didn't have time for breakfast. It is NO LONGER a good idea for anyone to eat these every other day with the amount of saturated fat they added in their new recipe. The old recipe had 1.5 g of saturated fat per serving, giving you 3 g of saturated fat in one bar. The new recipe has 4.5 g of saturated fat per serving giving you a ridiculous 9 g of saturated fat per bar. That is 69% of my recommended amount of saturated fat for the day. That's huge! And yes, I know some of you could say, well, only eat half. Who is eating half of a bar in the USA? Come on! This product is marketed like it's a healthier alternative but that is no longer the case. I am not sure if this change was to add more protein to the bar but it only added 1 g so that seems like a poor move. This has become one of those vegan and gluten free products you should steer clear of if you love your heart and want to keep it beating for years to come. Here's a little blurb from the American Heart Association:"The American Heart Association recommends aiming for a dietary pattern that achieves 5% to 6% of calories from saturated fat.For example, if you need about 2,000 calories a day, no more than 120 of them should come from saturated fat. That’s about 13 grams of saturated fat per day."This product now has 9 g of saturated fat! Don't do it people, save yourselves!!! -Signed a Registered Nurse

Packaged to Look Healthy Until You Read the Label
I purchased these because I saw them for sale in a store that sells health organic foodsThey are packaged to look healthy, have a premium price tag, and promote healthy ingredients. And then I read the label.46% saturated fat.I'm a diabetic. I have a special needs son who is overweight and this is the last thing either one of us needs. In this day and age, companies who make food that is supposedly healthy have an obligation to spell it all out... not hide behind listing a serving size as "half a bar" and complete promote healthy facts while ignoring the unhealthy ones.I got fooled and they have my money. It is healthier to eat a full size candy bar.Never again.

Stale - Nothing like the ones I used to buy at the grocery store
What a letdown. I used to get Bobos at my local King Soopers almost every time I went shopping and they were always awesome. Every one in the box of twelve I ordered on Amazon is stale and hard. I have eaten 2 so far and they are edible but really disappointing and not the pleasant treat they are when reasonably fresh. The taste is still good and I don't think they have gone bad but they are hard and stale. If the first one I bought in the store was like this I would have never gotten any Bobos products ever again. In the store they are a 5 star product so this is really unfortunate. I'm in Colorado, as is Bobos, so I would have thought they'd be fresh but who knows what route the package took to get from there to here or how long they were sitting around waiting to get bought. If you can find them local, go for it. I will not order them to be delivered again.

Worth every penny
I cannot stress enough how amazing these are. I have no idea what their secret is but I want it. Fresh and delicious flavor (I also LOVE the lemon poppy seed flavor and cranberry orange). They are honestly worth every penny.

Best snack bars
These are the best snack bars I have ever had. My entire family loves them! They keep you full and help reduce extra snacking. So far the Apple pie flavor is my favorite. But all the flavors I have tried are really good. I received them very quickly and they were tasty fresh!
