Great adhesion
Quality tape sticks very well just what I needed

Not as good as others.
You get what you pay for, and this product wasn't great. Maybe it was my fault for trying to use it whilst the metal was freezing but it didn't adhere very well, bought one from Wickes to replace and no issues what so ever.

Butyl too thin
Having used butyl tape before I remember it being a nightmare to use as it sticks to anything as you try to use it. This tape has a thin layer of butyl which does not mold to joints very well. I ended up buying a roll from a different seller which had a thicker layer of butyl which sealed the roof seam.
