I bought this for my mom as she was needing something to help with her arthritis pains in her fingers and hands. The machine is pretty easy to use. I liked that you can easily reheat the wax to use it again. We used it mainly for the hands but it works great for feet as well. Feels great even if you don't have pain.

This arrived with no damage to the outside box, but the box containing the wax warmer was completely apart and looked squished, making it obvious is was packed in this condition. There is wax residue in the warmer and scuffs all over it, this is obviously not a new item, just something very sloppily repackaged.

I have nothing bad to say other than the fact that in the description it says white, however it is actually white with a gray lid.

Great product so far. It’s clearly is very and expensive

temperature does not stay warm and the wax breaksPurpose is to treat arthritis but without the proper heat it defeats the purpose

First this item was used but listed as newSecond the wax smells absolutely awful.Third, it is so cheaply made. Pass and pass and gross.
