I ordered these for my home work out.to use on my feet doing leg lifts ,donkey kicks and bridges and for my arms.You just strap the omni ball on hand and your good to go.But on your feet you have to make sure the straps are on secure so they want fall off.The balls roll around in the enclosed case so be careful and read instructions so you know how to stop the omni ball( when rolling omni ball on floor or doing expertise you place the omni ball in downward position to stop them.As if you had on roller skate stoppers

Great exercise tool to work bad strengthen your core. These are not easy to use, you have to train and work up to more reps and sets. Lots of different exercise movements are possible with these.

I am so glad I found these omni balls. I am cancelling my gym membership. At the age of 65, I can use these to do anything that I've ever j done in the gym. . I create my own fun workouts and I tell you, it's not as easy as it looks. You can feel the workout just as you would on some of the gym equipment. They are sturdy and very well put together. Just like anything else, you have to be careful, follow instructions and start our slowly. I am so happy with them. I don't get paid to say this and I'm a firm believer in telling the truth. If something happened to them, I'd purchase another set. That's how much I love them.

came across Omniball and Rock360 on facebook and wanted both, finally bought mine early November and love it! great customer service, very responsive. I tested both product out before making the review, Omni ball is amazing, very smooth. Mine came with a mini carry bag and a free mat, very light, you can take it on a trip with you and still get your work out!

My wife started bringing them to the gym, and many people became interested and are trying hers and buying their own. It’s well made and provides an excellent smooth method of strengthening muscles and improving range of movement. What a great invention and requires no weights or heavy equipment !!

I'm definitely not in as great of shape as I thought I was. I have work to do! These will definitely rip my abs up, if I can ever get strong enough to use them.
