Krud Kutter PC326 No-Rinse Prepaint Cleaner/TSP Substitute Spray, 32 Fl Oz

This is the best degreaser I have ever used. Surprising how fast it ate through the old greasy mess on the hidden side of my stove when installing a new one. It doesn't seem to need rinsing. All I do is spray whatever is greasy and gross, wait a few minutes and then wipe it off with a damp rag. It may need a rinse for a more porous surface, but for my stove and painted cabinets, it has been great. The cabinets were painted with a high gloss water base paint about 15 years ago, a very light yellow. They had turned a kind of orange from grease as I have no exhaust fan. I cleaned them and I don't have to repaint since the Krud Kutter took the grease away, right back down to the original paint color.

We have a kitchen remodel underway. Once the upper cabinets were removed I was horrified at the residual gunk that existed in places I could not see or access previously (and I admit, some in places I had cleaned.) Short story, the walls needed to be prepped for painting, and I needed something to get oily build up and food stains and such off of the existing paint as well as knock down some of the "slip" associated with semi gloss paint so that the new paint would stick. I am happy to say that this product made prepping the walls almost easy. The hardest part was getting the ladder out and moving it around the kitchen. It magically dissolved grime that had accumulated in a triangular void between cabinets near the cooking surface over a 20+ year period. Seriously, spray it on a section of wall, and by the time you return to where you started (up and down the ladder, etc.), it has softened accumulated grease and grime so that it just wipes away on a paper towel. It is fair to say that I will be locating a bottle of the regular crud cutter to add to the cleaning arsenal for the new (very) white kitchen that is being installed.

My husband and I are in the process of repainting our kitchen cabinets and this product is amazing!!! If you have ever attempted to properly repaint cabinets before, you know it’s a PROCESS! this cleaner is absolutely wonderful! It thoroughly cleans all of the dirt, grime and grease off of the cabinets to prep them for light sanding, then pruning and finally painting the new color you wish to paint your cabinets. I first tried a different cabinet cleaner product which was recommended to us on one cabinet and it hardly cleaned the cabinet at all and I knew I needed to order something different so I did some research and came across this wonderful product. Make sure to follow the directions on the back of the bottle and first moisten a rag with the product, spray the cabinet with the product, wipe the cabinet with your rag, then wipe with a dry rag and finally let each side dry for 10 minutes before moving to the opposite side. You will be amazed at how much dirt, oil and grime collects on your cabinets! I would absolutely recommend this product to anyone looking to repaint their cabinets. Again to reiterate, follow the directions on the back of the bottle and you will be truly impressed!

Painted a small wooden tray from oak wood to white. This did help clean and prep the tray for painting. The spray application made it easy to apply. I sprayed let sit a few and wiped off, then painted. Turned out nice.

Krud Kutter arrived from etail superstore quickly & on time. It is a terrific TSP substitute, pre-paint cleaner, gets all the Krud off. I use it inbetween painting too, to give matte finish walls or cabinets a good clean refresh. I highly recommend this product.

I purchased this product because it said it was a TSP alternative. There was very little smell and this product did not irritate my skin or breathing. Unfortunately, so far, I am underwhelmed with its cleaning ability on the fencing and trailer of my pontoon boat. It must be formulated for only certain elements because, although it did not clean the fenders of the trailer, it did clean up a stubborn stain on the door of the pontoon's fencing that I already tried to clean with scrubbing and power washing with boat soap. I would not buy this product again because it's not proving that it has the ability to clean multiple stains but I have other projects, so we'll see, maybe it will earn it's keep somewhere on the property.

My house has those old, thin walls with the fake wood-grain laminate paneling. The same material is used on the cabinets and drawers in the kitchen and bathrooms. I used Krud Kutter to clean all of the surfaces before priming and it does a great job of removing dust and grease/dirt when using it with those terry towels you can buy in a bag at the orange box store. If you want to get rid gloss then use Krud Kutter with the scotchbrite scouring pads and it will be removed faster than you'd imagine. I spent a short amount of time working on a section that I need to remove material from and it went from glossy to dull in no time. It also dries very fast so you don't have to wait long before you can start putting down primer. I would recommend this over other TSP substitute products not only because of how well it works, but also because you have the convenience of a spray bottle versus having to mix a batch with water and end up throwing out what you don't use. Just a heads up, this version is not available for sale in brick and mortar stores, although there are other products by the same company available.
