Sea turtles are more than just cute. They are helpless creatures that are usually victims of poaching and pollution. It is very important that the seeds of awareness of their existence be planted in every child. That is why the purpose of this book is to boost your child's understanding of why it is important to treat sea turtles well. My son loves the movies, Finding Nemo, and Reef so to find a book that is so realistic and he can relate the cartoons to real life is so cool! He loves to read and this book is awesome. I would definitely recommend this book to others! Sea Turtles - Fun Facts About Turtles of the World is a speedy publishing book available for purchase from Baby Professor. Similar to other books by the same publisher this book is 18 pages long and contains short facts about the topic, in this case turtle, along with several large and colorful photographs that help tell the story of the sea turtle. As a turtle lover I was looking forward to reading this book.Sea Turtles - Fun Facts About Turtles of the World does, in fact, follow the speedy publishing formula. However, I feel as if the editing of this book is particularly good and the pictures are more captivating than usual, which is saying a lot because I associate speedy publishing with lovely photographs. In previous reviews I've been fairly harsh on the fonts used for these books, but the font on this book is sort of whimsical without being excessive and I actually really enjoyed it, especially since it just seemed to fit with the sea turtle theme.I thought this book had some particularly good vocabulary and I learned some words I have never heard before. Did you know that a turtle's upper shell is called a carapace while the lower shell is called a plastron? Me neither! I think children and adults of all ages will enjoy reading Sea Turtles and learning about one of the most well loved undersea creatures. I just finished reading this ebook Sea Turtles, Fun Facts about Turtles of the World. This book is full of large beautiful photos that are very clear and crisp and easy to see. You have a page that has a big photo along with a spot that holds information about the sea turtles that are in the photo. When you turn the page, the next two pages are a great big photo of the turtles or eggs or whatever else you are learning about. I gave this book a five out of five stars due to the following reasons. BIG, beautiful photos! There is not a ton of information but I feel like for a kids book that it is not to bad. Overall, the pictures are beautiful and it is a very nice book to look through. I would say that this book would be good for kids aged one through nine. Children to young to read will enjoy looking a the big beautiful photos and kids that are old enough to read will enjoy learning a couple bits of information about the animals. I am glad that I got a chance to read this book to my kids.I received this free in exchange for my honest and unbiased review

In this eBook, there are 18 pages. The book is laid out, showing a photo of the animal with a few quick facts. The following page is a new photo of the same type of animal. The book continues to read this way throughout. The info doesn’t overload their minds, yet allows them to announce their thoughts when someone peaks their interest.As I have read over 10 books in this collection, my reviews will share many of the same opinions, as there are few differences between them. Even though there may be similarities, I have still taken the time to write out my specific thoughts on each.The facts on every other page were informative enough to embed a quick Sea Turtle memory into a child eager to learn. I was even able to pick up a few new key points that I can share further with my kid on trips to the zoo, or just in regular mommy-daughter conversation.I don’t think I can elaborate much more on how vivid and stunning the photography is in these eBooks than I have previously. I know it definitely makes a difference in keeping a young child engaged in wanting to see what’s on the next page.I will mention that I have downloaded the collection of these short kid encyclopedias, so I will be sharing some very similar user experiences in each of those reviews, since they have the same features, except for the title and contents.I am giving this eBook a rating of 4 stars in comparison to others in the collection by comparing the uniqueness of the facts and photos.I was provided with a free copy of this eBook in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.

I really love all the kindle books here on Amazon , I have recieved this at a free or reduced price to give my opinion. My opinion is that I love the idea of being able to read on the go with my iPad not wasting trees. This a very short book in word count terms, at 18 pages every other page has a short informative facts about sea turtles, their environment and their habits.Every single page is a full page stunning colourful photograph (not illustrations) of sea turtles and their surroundings alongside some relevant facts.I downloaded the kindle edition and the photos really were spectacular on my smart phones small screen. I don’t think my phone did the photos justice, I think they would look so much better on a larger screen (or even the printed paperback copy). Please note the product description which lists which versions of the kindle e-reader this book is compatible with.The item description lists a very broad age range of K-12 which is ages 5-18, I would say that with the bright colourful pictures and minimal text this book is aimed at children ages 4-6.I received this item for free or at a discounted price so I could give it an honest and unbiased review. Although at the time of writing the kindle edition of this item was free.
