These are functionally identical to what I've been using with great satisfaction, the only discernible differences being color (blue w/black instead of black w/yellow), finer teeth in the throat and thinner gauge spring wire (therefore weaker, though certainly sufficient, clamp force). Pinned grip pads (as opposed to pop-on/pop-off pads) and bolted pivots (as opposed to riveted pivots) are on my "yes, please!" list. Whether the claim that using no recycled nylon results in stronger plastic parts is true or not is beyond my ability to test, but the resulting unusual color is useful if I want to distinguish new from otherwise indistinguishable old, though so far I've seen no need. All in all: a fistful of perfectly adequate good quality standard clamps in a different color for a low price, sent promptly, packaged well—with no need to buy other sizes. I appreciate that. I have and use other sizes, but 11.5 cm. is the size I use in the greatest number.

So far so good. We’ll update after 6 months outdoors in florida sun. They are being used to hold down insect barriers over citrus trees. They clamp tightly and securely. They seem to be really well madeI’ll be interested to see how the metal spring holds up to heat and humidity , as well as the plastic which seems to be dense and solid.

Tent legs were always collapsing. Placed one on leg at joint and problem solved!

Too small to clamp over my summer waves above ground 14x32inch pool rails. Good clamping but only ten in box

I used them to clipped a painters tarp to my dog pen so I would shield the rocks from the sun. It gets a 115 to 120 here and you need to have an area for the dogs to go to the bathroom that is covered.

Easy to attach and holds my pool cover perfectly. Will be ordering more to just to have

Light and easy to use but does not work very good on pool cover. They keep firing off like rocket ships in the slightest movement. I was able to find common ground and hook them to legs of pool. But will see how long that last especially on a windy day.***update***After using these for a week I had to return them. These do not hold up well against strong wind even with changing its position on pool cover.
